At Butta's by Marchelle, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@buttasbymarchelle.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work quickly to make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
